We see, indeed, the problems which men face. We know the apprehension which kills the joy in many human hearts. We share the pain and agony of countless millions living and dying in despair.

We know that despite the dangers and injustice, the spirit of hope is ever ready to rise and inspire the loftiest deeds, for it is the divine in man and is unquenchable.

“The deepest dark is just before the dawn” goes the old adage, and thus it is today for men. Amid the chaos and fear, the perplexity and pain, We see the resolution and the end of conflict, the glow of the light which will awaken men to the promise of the future.

All works under Law and a new state of equilibrium is being created by Us. Appearances notwithstanding, a new rhythm asserts itself and will bring into balance this discordant world.

Maitreya Himself wields this mighty Law and brings its cosmic origin to the affairs of men. Thus will new hope arise in men and thus will they take the steps to reshape their future in accordance with the Plan.

Maitreya’s foot is at the threshold. His hand prepares to knock. Listen carefully that you miss Him not. He comes to fulfil the Law; to serve the Plan; to teach mankind; to lead His Brothers into Their destined future. He comes to see enacted His promise to men made long ago: to redeem them by His love and awaken them to their divinity.

When you see Maitreya do not be confused by His initial reticence; He must earn the trust of those whom He would aid. In due course, He will speak, as speak He must to awaken the conscience of men. Then will He inspire the action to remove the barriers now separating men so condemning millions to starve and die in misery. Thus will it be, and thus will men awaken at last to the plight of their brothers and sisters who, too, have called Maitreya to their side. Maitreya hastens to emerge.
